Release Date

  • The set was released on 18th October 2004.

Trivia

  • The EX Battle Stadium was designed with quick and competitive play in mind. It contains two 60-card decks as well as 4 10-card side decks, designed to enable players to adapt their decks to a 2-on-2 style match or improve it to a more competitive deck.
  • All of the cards found within this deck are reprints from the first six EX Expansions.
  • The decks and side decks were later split into two and repackaged as the EX Master Trainer Blaziken Deck and Gardevoir Deck, seen as a Nintendo marketing gimmick by some players and collectors.
  • In addition to the cards, EX Battle Stadium also includes a rulebook, damage counters, status counters, two-player mat and a custom coin (Blissey).
