Carrying On! (Japanese: ポッポやのでんしょポッポ！ The Carrier Poppo of the Poppo Store!) is episode 164 of the Pokémon anime. It was first broadcast in Japan on September 14, 2000 and in the United States on September 22, 2001.

After healing an injured Pidgey, the group discover that it is part of a carrier Pidgey service. Unknown to them, Team Rocket are grabbing the Pidgey out of the sky.
