Drowzee (Japanese: スリープ Sleep) is a Psychic-type Basic Pokémon card. It is part of the Team Rocket expansion.

Long-Distance Hypnosis
Once during your turn (before your attack), you may flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokémon is now Asleep; if tails, your Active Pokémon is now Asleep. This power can't be used if Drowzee is Asleep, Confused, or Paralyzed.
The Defending Pokémon is now Asleep.

Nightmare is a move later introduced in the Generation II Pokémon games that Drowzee can learn via TM50 in Generation II and via Move Tutor in Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness.
