This is the first Drowzee card in a Generation III set to spell Drowzee's name correctly. This is due to the Drowzee card in EX FireRed & LeafGreen spelling its name as "Drowsee".

Origin

Insomnia is an ability in the Pokémon games that Drowzee can have, and Soothing Wave seems to be based on Hypnosis, a move that Drowzee can learn in the games.
