This card was first released in Japan in the Paradigm Trigger expansion, followed by an international version in the Silver Tempest expansion. A variant including the Silver Tempest expansion name was also released in a variety of countries. In the United States and Canada, customers who spent over $15 on Pokémon TCG products in-store or online at GameStop received it with their purchases. Similarly in the Netherlands and Belgium, it was distributed to customers who spent over €20 on Pokémon TCG products in Game Mania stores.
