The DragonSpeed Theme Deck is from the Dragons Exalted expansion of the Pokémon Trading Card Game focuses on , , and type Pokémon. Like other Theme Decks, DragonSpeed includes damage counters, a custom coin, one two-player mat, a Garchomp deckbox and a TCGO deck access code.

- The holographic version of Garchomp is exclusive to this deck.
- The non holographic version of Milotic is exclusive to this deck.
- This is the first theme deck in the Black & White series to have a pre-Generation V Pokémon as the main featured Pokémon.
- The deck features Garchomp (Dragons Exalted 91), but the art on the back of the box is of Garchomp (Dragons Exalted 90).
