Discharge (Japanese: ほうでん Electrical Discharge) is a damage-dealing Electric-type move introduced in Generation IV.

Effect

Discharge damages all Pokémon except the user in Double Battles and has a 30% chance of paralyzing each of them. In Triple Battles, Discharge damages all adjacent Pokémon.

Discharge can also be used as part of a Contest Spectacular combination, with the user gaining an extra three appeal points if the move Charge was used in the prior turn.

Description

Games Description
MDTDS Inflicts damage on all enemies in the room. It may also afflict enemies in the room with a Paralysis status. A Pokémon with the Paralysis status has slowed movement and can't take action.
