Origin

This figure is based on Black Star Promo Dialga. Roar of Time and Dragon Claw are both moves in the Pokémon games that Dialga can learn. Corkscrew Crash and Devastating Drake are Z-Moves in the games that Dialga can use by equipping Steelium Z and Dragonium Z respectively.
