Deoxys ex (Japanese: デオキシスex Deoxys ex) is a Psychic-type Basic Pokémon-ex card. It was first released as part of the EX Deoxys expansion.
Card text
When Pokémon-ex has been Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.
Form Change

Once during your turn (before your attack), you may search your deck for another Deoxys ex and switch it with Deoxys ex. (Any cards attached to Deoxys ex, damage counters, Special Conditions, and effects on it are now on the new Pokémon.) If you do, put Deoxys ex on top of your deck. Shuffle your deck afterward. You can't use more than 1 Form Change Poké-Power each turn.

Does 10 damage plus 10 more damage for each Energy attached to Deoxys ex and the Defending Pokémon.
Release information
This card was included in the English EX Deoxys expansion with artwork by Mitsuhiro Arita, first released in the Japanese Deoxys Constructed Starter Deck. It was later reprinted in the Japanese Gift Box Emerald with new artwork by the same artist.
