Deoxys' unnamed world is an anime-exclusive location in another dimension. This place debuted in the episode: Pokémon Ranger - Deoxys Crisis! (AG171). Deoxys had to hide in here because the geomagnetic force generated by the meteor it crashed into the Pokémon world with was too powerful for it to handle.
