Davey
(Japanese: デビー Davey) is a character who appeared in BW102. He is the older brother of Virgil and the son of Jeff, as well as a rescue worker. During the crisis with Cryogonal, he helped out Virgil, Ash and his friends to escape their clutches. He briefly appeared in the following episode, flying Virgil to the Unova League.
