(Japanese: デビー Davey) is a character of the day who appeared in BW102. He is the older brother of Virgil and the son of Jeff, as well as a rescue worker. During the crisis with Cryogonal, he helped out Virgil, Ash and his friends to escape their clutches.

Stoutland is Davey's detective hound. It was used to scent out the culprits that was responsible for freezing the area.

Stoutland's only known move is Odor Sleuth.
