Crush Claw (Japanese: ブレイククロー Break Claw) is a damage-dealing Normal-type move introduced in Generation III. Prior to Generation IV, it was the signature move of Zangoose.
Effect
Crush Claw inflicts damage and has a 50% chance of lowering the target's Defense stat by one stage.
Crush Claw can be used as the second move of a Pokémon Contest combination, with the user gaining 1 bonus appeal points if Swords Dance was used in the previous turn.
