Release information

In Japan, this card was released as a promotional card. It was available as part of the Toys "R" Us Pokémon DE Bingo Campaign, in which customers at participating stores could obtain bingo cards from the Toys "R" Us 'Big Toy Book'. Each bingo card featured a 3×5 grid with various categories of Pokémon merchandise in each of the squares. Purchasing an item on the card would earn a stamp for that square. Upon completing one 'line' (one row of three), customers were awarded an Eevee promotional card. Two lines awarded this card; three lines awarded a Chimchar coin; four lines awarded a Darkrai figurine; a full house (all five lines) awarded a gift certificate. The campaign ran from November 22, 2007 to December 20, 2007.
The card was later reprinted in Japan and was included in the Regigigas LV.X Collection Pack in April 2009.
