A Coin Case is a Key Item used to store coins for use with slot machines. It can hold up to 9,999 coins and is featured in every generation of the game. A player cannot operate a slot machine without a coin case.

The Coin Case can be obtained from a man sitting at a table in the café in Celadon City.

The Coin Case can be obtained by finding it in the underground in Goldenrod City.
Ruby, Sapphire & Emerald

Generation IV
The Coin Case can be obtained from a clown in a house in Veilstone City.
