Cloud Nine (Japanese: ノーてんき No Weather) is an Ability introduced in Generation III. Six Pokémon can have this Ability. Prior to Generation V, it was the signature ability of Psyduck and Golduck.

Effect

In battle

Cloud Nine prevents all weather effects.

Generation V

When a Pokémon with Cloud Nine is brought out, the message "<name> has Cloud Nine!" will be displayed.

Outside of battle

Cloud Nine has no effect outside of battle.
