(Japanese: デント Dento) is a Pokémon Sommelier, or waiter, from the Isshu region who will appear as a main character in the Best Wishes series of the Pokémon anime.
A silhouette of Iris and him were shown after DP183 aired July 1, 2010. The two were officially revealed during a trailer for the anime shown on Pokemon Sunday exactly one month later.

He is a Pokémon Sommelier who can see the compatibility between a Pokémon and its Trainer. He is said to have a lot of knowledge on Pokémon. He is also the Gym Leader of Sanyou City.
