Chlorophyll (Japanese: ようりょくそ Chlorophyll) is an Ability introduced in Generation III.

Effect

In battle

During harsh sunlight, the Speed stat of Pokémon with this Ability is doubled.

Outside of battle

Chlorophyll has no effect outside of battle.

In Sunny weather, Pokémon can use an attack twice in one turn, using only one PP. Any linked moves will also attack twice. Solar Beam, being a single-turn move in harsh sunlight, will also be executed twice.

MDRB Boosts attack frequency if the weather is sunny.
MDTDS Raises the number of moves the Pokémon attempts per turn when it is sunny.
BSL ひざしがつよい てんきだと こうげきかいすうが あがる
MDGtI In sunny weather, it can use a move 2 times at once for only 1 PP.*
When the Pokémon uses a move in the Sunny weather condition, it uses it 2 times at once but only consumes PP for 1 use!*
SMD When the Pokémon uses a move when it's sunny, it uses the move 2 times at once but only consumes PP for 1 use!
MDRTDX When the Pokémon uses a move during Sunny weather or in Extremely Harsh Sunlight, it uses the move 2 times at once but only consumes PP for 1 use.
