Chip Away (Japanese: なしくずし Little by Little) is a damage-dealing Normal-type move introduced in Generation V.

Effect

Chip Away inflicts damage, ignoring any changes to the target's Defense and evasion. It does not ignore changes caused by the user's accuracy, Reflect, Abilities such as Sand Veil or items such as Eviolite.
