These moves bypass accuracy checks to always hit their target. Most of these moves are still unable to hit a target in the semi-invulnerable turn of a move such as Dig or Fly, but a select few can.

Blizzard, Hurricane, Thunder, moves that become stronger against a Minimized target, and Toxic may only bypass accuracy checks under specific conditions; otherwise, they have to pass a full accuracy check like other moves.

The effects of No Guard, Lock-On, Mind Reader, and Telekinesis will also cause moves to bypass accuracy checks.

In Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time and Explorers of Darkness and Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky a Pokémon with Forewarn is sometimes able to evade these moves. Under Whiffer status, even these attacks will miss.
