Carr (Japanese: チャクラ Chakra) was one of The Three Beasts of Team Rocket in the the Pokémon Adventures manga as part of the FireRed and LeafGreen chapter.
Carr fought and was defeated by Red on Five Island. However, upon the arrival of Deoxys, he defeated Red.
Carr later rebelled against Team Rocket, killing Orm in the process. He was successful in taking over Team Rocket, but was unable to kill Sird and Giovanni.
Carr programmed Trainer Tower's computer system.
