Carol (Japanese: ヨーデル Yodel) is a character from The Power of One. She is Melody's oldest sister and the head of the festival celebrations on Shamouti Island. She is voiced by Roxanne Beck in English and 久川綾 Aya Hisakawa in Japanese.
Previously, she was the Festival Maiden, who lead the festivities about the Legendary birds and their tamer, Lugia. However, she became too old for the role, and Melody had to reluctantly take over.
One of her best friends is Maren, who was forced to dock at Shamouti Island because of a storm. Carol's last appearance was in the credits, waving goodbye to Maren as she left the island.
Carol's appearance resembles that of Neesha from the first movie.
