The Card Key (Japanese: カードキー Card Key) is a Key Item introduced in Generation I. There are three different Card Keys in the games, one used in Generation I and its remakes, Pokémon FireRed and LeafGreen, another in Generation II and its remakes, Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver, and a third in Pokémon Colosseum.
