Plot
Haruka enters Torchic in a Cuteness Contest, where she competes against a Plusle and a Minun. Poochyena thinks that Torchic should not have entered, and when Haruka asks why, he explains that the two Cheering Pokémon often compete in Pokémon Contests and are invincible.
