Origin
Bulbasaur's attack, Leech Seed, is a move in the Pokémon games. It can be learned by Bulbasaur at level 7, which precedes the card's level of 13. The attack's effect mimics that of the move in the games. The card's Pokédex entry comes from Pokémon Red and Blue, though it is slightly reworded.
