TTE would know more about this then I would, but I know that Bureacrats can grant sysop powers while regular administrators (like myself) cannot. Bureaucrats can also lock the database. Beyond that, I'm not 100% sure what they do.

Change names

Name Change Question
If you change your username, do you have to move all pages under your old name to your new name? Or can you just redirect them? --プリングルズ/品客薯片/ప్రింగిల్స్ 23:25, 22 May 2012 (UTC)
