Some Bulbapedia members have formed a project to better organise efforts to write and improve articles about moves. If you would like to help, please inquire on the talk page or the Bulbapedia forum and see the Bulbapedia:Project Moves and Abilities/To-do list.

Project MoveDex

Scope and aims

Project Movedex covers all articles about moves, also known as "techniques" or "skills", that presently exist in the Pokémon universe. It encompasses all moves that exist in the Game Boy games plus any moves which are otherwise defined as legitimate outside of the Game Boy games. It does not, however, define moves that exist in the Trading Card Game, in the Anime alone, or in any other offshoots of the main franchise.

Participants

Structure

Examples: Signal Beam, Safeguard, Iron Defense.

=In the anime=
The image of the move in the anime with the legend "Pokémon using move". The size of the screenshot is 240px. Below it, there should be a description of the move, how it looks, how it hits the opponent.

==Pokémon==
List of the Pokémon who have used the move. In the first line the name of the Pokémon and a description for the move in that Pokémon. After is a list of that Pokémon orders by episode number, has to have the name of the trainer and if it is the move's debut.
If the Pokémon that uses the move was a regular character we will put "from", the episode when it first used the move, "to", and the episode when it was released/traded/etc.

To put the info in the right style paste this in the article.
