Its contents outline a formal process used when handling disputes and other such situations on Bulbapedia.

All users are welcome to create policy subpages off their main userpage. Put the following template on the page, and discussion will occur regarding the policy's implementation:

Beyond public approval, all new policy must also be approved by a majority vote of the Leadership Board.
