To get started editing at Bulbapedia, you must first register an account. Go to Special:Userlogin. Enter your desired username and password, and click on the 'Create new account' button.
After you register, first consult the policy page for information on all of the policies, rules, and regulations of Bulbapedia.
If you're not interested in reading through everything quite yet and just want to start writing articles, you must at least look at some of the longer pages in order to get a sense of what is expected. After that, you can start contributing!
