Damage done to the Pokémon Buffer Piece is attached to by an opponent's attack is reduced by 20 (after applying Weakness and Resistance). At the end of your opponent's turn after you played Buffer Piece, discard Buffer Piece.

This card was reprinted in the EX Dragon Frontiers expansion with the same artwork. This card was later reprinted with new artwork by Ryo Ueda in the Garchomp vs Charizard SP Deck Kit, eventually making its English appearance in the Arceus expansion.
