Friend Area

Boulder Cave (Japanese: 岩石の洞窟^RTDX / がんせきどうくつ^RB Rock Cave) is a Friend Area in Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team and Blue Rescue Team. It is obtained as a reward from a particular mission. In the remake, it can be purchased for 700 Poké at any time, instead. It is in the Cave area, along with the Cryptic Cave, Dragon Cave, and Echo Cave Friend Areas. Upon obtaining it, the player gains access to the Southern Cavern dungeon. All four Pokémon that reside in this Friend Area can either be found there or evolve from Pokémon found there.
