Bonjī

(Japanese: ボンジイ Bonjī) is a character from the twentieth Pokémon movie, I Choose You!. He is a researcher who has spent many years of his life chasing after the Legendary Ho-Oh. He is known to have written a book titled "My Life is Ho-Oh."

During the movie, he helped Ash, Verity, and Sorrel on their adventure towards Mount Tensei, where Ho-Oh lives.
