Hokage (Japanese:  ?) is one of the Team Magma Admins.

In the Pokémon Special Manga

In the Pokémon Special manga, Hokage is is one of the FireHeads, Admins of Team Magma - along with Courtney and Tabitha.

Like all of the FireHeads, Hokage has a special lighter that can transmit and record images by burning them on paper.

Hokage's specialty is creating illusions with fire.

Team Magma raided the Slateport City Contest House to capture Captain Stern, but accidentally got Ruby and the Pokémon Fanclub President, too. Hokage tortured Captain Stern to get him to reveal how to complete Submarine Explorer 1.

Ruby distracted Hokage by luring his Pokémon away with PokéBlocks. The two struggled and ended up inside Submarine Explorer 1. Ruby escaped in the struggle.

Hokage's illusions totally incapacitated Tate & Liza for most of the Hoenn saga.
