The Battle Strength Decks (Japanese: バトル強化デッキ Battle Strength Deck) are a Japanese-exclusive collection of three special Half Decks released for the Pokémon Trading Card Game.

Information

The Battle Strength Decks were released shortly after the Black & White Collections as the first of two interim products before the release of the Red Collection. The Virizion Strength Deck features Water-type, Fire-type, and Grass-type Pokémon; the Terrakion Strength Deck features Psychic-type, Lightning-type, and Fighting-type Pokémon; and lastly, the Cobalion Strength Deck features Colorless-type, Metal-type, and Darkness-type Pokémon.

Each of the Half Decks also include a "How to Play Easy Guide" and a "Battle Strength Guide" that includes tips for bolstering decks.

Trivia

The featured Legendary Pokémon and Bianca Supporter cards included in all Battle Strength Decks have the 'shatter' Holofoil treatment previously featured on several English variant Promotional cards.
