There are versions from each movie since the 6th, when the narrator talks about Ash & his friends, and they are a remix of "The Matter is Settled", not the actual original.)

Trivia

  • Professor Oak's Pokémon Live Caster: Zweilous
  • Ash and Iris narrate the preview for the next episode.
  • As of this episode, all of Ash's original six Pokémon (Charmander, Squirtle, Pidgeotto, Bulbasaur, Butterfree, Pikachu) have appeared in the Best Wishes series, either in flashbacks or in the flesh.
  • All the Butterfree in the episode appear to be male due to none of them having black marks on their wings. This appears to be an animation oversight, rather than the island only having male Butterfree on it.

Errors

  • Despite the Pink Butterfree being confirmed to be female, her design is not updated to show her with spots on the wings in the reanimated flashback to Bye Bye Butterfree.
  • During the brief scene showing Team Rocket after their motto, the Meowth balloon's ears are cream-colored like its face, instead of black.
  • During one scene when the group is training Metapod, Ash's eyes are colored black instead of brown.
  • In one scene, one of the video screens on the control panel of Team Rocket's balloon disappears.
  • When Team Rocket are blasted off, Woobat and Amoonguss disappear.
