  • This is also the first time during the Best Wishes series when the Pokémon in Dare da? has moved during its introduction, and the first time ever when the Pokémon in question has left the entire screen before the end of the segment.
• Team Rocket used their original motto in this episode.
• Both of Team Rocket's new Pokémon seen this episode used moves that they are able to learn only by breeding: Frillish used Mist, while Amoonguss used Body Slam.
• This episode also marks the first time since Memories are Made of Bliss!, over a hundred episodes ago, when Team Rocket has used their Meowth balloon or blasted off without their rocket packs.
