Ash caught a Treecko early on in the Hoenn region. It eventually evolved into a Grovyle and then a Sceptile and has also used Quick Attack. Quick Attack is a move in the Pokémon games that Grovyle can learn. Sonic Boom, formatted on this card as SonicBoom, is a move in the Pokémon games that Grovyle cannot learn.
