Aqua Ring (Japanese: アクアリング Aqua Ring) is a non-damaging Water-type move introduced in Generation IV.

Generation IV

The user surrounds itself with a veil of water, allowing it to restore 1/16 of its max HP at the end of every turn. The effect of Aqua Ring can be Baton Passed, and will heal any Pokémon, regardless of its type.

If a Big Root is held by the user, the amount of HP restored at the end of each turn will increase by 30%.

Generation V

Aqua Ring can now be affected by Snatch.

Pokémon Rumble Blast

The Pokémon pauses for about two seconds, then it restores HP by 2s and 3s.

Games Description

The user envelops itself in a veil made of water. It regains some HP on every turn.
PMDTDS Gives the user the Aqua Ring status, which restores its HP every few turns.
