One Island Quest

Once you've defeated the Elite Four and obtained the National Dex from Professor Oak, go back to One Island and talk to Celio, He'll tell you to go to Mt. Ember to get a mysterious object.

Mt. Ember

Once you've returned to Mt. Ember, go to the west side of the Mountain, you'll see the two Rocket Grunts. They've finished their digging, and can be battled. Before you battle them, you hear one whisper a password. After battling them, they'll open up the cave entrance. Navigate your way through the Strength puzzles. You'll come to a room full of Braille messages about the objects known as Gems. Continue on, and you'll find a room with a red object that is the Ruby. Take it and return it to Celio, and he'll tell you he needs the Sapphire as well. He'll give you the Rainbow Pass which allows passage to Four, Five, Six and Seven Islands, in order for you to look for the Sapphire. For the next part of the storyline, you'll need to go to Four Island.

Four Island

Four Island is home to the Pokémon Daycare that enables two Pokémon to breed. Before that, head on to Icefall Cave to the right.

Icefall Cave

Here you can catch many Template:Type2 Pokémon. Go into the entrance where there are many breakable ice tiles. Be careful, stepping on a tile twice can make you fall through. Explore your way until you find HM07, Waterfall. If you're willing to, you could train a Goldeen up to Level 38, when it will naturally learn Waterfall.

At the entrance where the waterfall was, use your Waterfall to surf to the inner cave. Inside the cave you'll meet an Elite Four member, Lorelei. She is trying to protect the Lapras there from the Team Rocket grunts. After she enlists you to help battle them, choose one Team Rocket grunt and fight. Lorelei will take care of the other one. The grunts will confess that they've been shipping Template:Type2 Pokémon to the Rocket Warehouse on Chrono Island. You must first, however, go to Six Island.

Six Island

On Six Island, you will find the Dotted Hole. Walk up to the door, and use Cut. You must navigate your way through Braille inscriptions saying either "up," "down," "right," or "left." There are, in turn, four holes in each room you visit. If you don't know Braille or don't want to look it up, start at one hole and continue clockwise. You will eventually reach the end.

When you get to the bottom, you will see the Sapphire. Go up to it and press "A"...and watch a man come down and grab it. He says he'll sell it to Team Rocket at their warehouse for millions. Fearing that you might think he's a criminal, he tells you the missing password. You can now get into the Rocket Warehouse on Five Island.

Seven Island

On seven island, there are two ways to go, up or down. If you go up, you will reach the Trainer Tower where you will be able to battle in:Single battles, Double battles, 3-in-a-row battles and combination battles. If you win, nothing will be obtained except maybe the chance to see the Tower's very own exclusive shinies! (Espeon, Meowth and Seaking). If you go down however, there will be a Swords Dance-teaching Move tutor there in case you want to raise your Pokémon's Attack stats. Go further down and you will see a canyon, the Sevault Canyon. Go through it to the bottom and you will see a house with a guy who asks you if you want to do the Chansey dance. If you do it, your Pokémon will be fully healed. Go all the way down and there will be surfable water so that you can access the islands by the name, Tanoby Ruins and go Unknown searching in the Tanoby Chambers. The chambers are: Monean (A,?), Liptoo (C,D,H,U,O), Weepth (N,Z,I,E), Dilford (L,P,J,R,Q), Scufib (Y,G,T,F,K), Rixy (V,W,X,B,M) and Viapois (S,!).

End

Congratulations! You have completed the game! Although there is still a lot to come like catching the rare Pokémon Lugia at Navel Rock, catching more Pokémon and completing the PokéDex!
