The announcer (Japanese: アナウンサー announcer) is a recurring character who first appeared in Racing to a Big Event!.

The announcer is a woman who announces events, like the Pokémon Pancake Race.

She appeared again in Getting the Band Back Together!, on a television screen, reading the news story that DJ Leo's Dugtrio had gone missing.
