Anna (Japanese: アナ Ana) is a recurring character who appeared in the Pokémon anime. She appears in several roles throughout the Sun & Moon series, all related to televised events.

History

In Racing to a Big Event!, Anna worked as the announcer of the Pokémon Pancake Race.

In Getting the Band Back Together!, Anna was seen on a television screen, working as the newscaster of a TV news. She read the story that DJ Leo's Dugtrio had gone missing.

In Mallow and the Forest Teacher!, Anna was the reporter that came to Aina's Kitchen to interview Abe for TV. This caused Mallow to storm out, having had enough.

In Mounting an Electrifying Charge!, Anna was the announcer of the Charjabug race.

In A Dream Encounter!, Anna announced the fifteenth annual "Alola Woman of the Year" award during a new broadcast. The award ultimately went to Professor Burnet.

In The Professors' New Adventure!, Anna attended the wedding of Professor Kukui and Professor Burnet.

In Securing the Future!, Anna was filming Hala during the Manalo Festival. She later joined the rest of Alola in showering Necrozma with light so it could return to its normal form.

In SM113, Anna was filming when a newly-evolved Gyarados ran past her.

In SM115, Anna was the stage presenter of Aether Paradise, when Professor Kukui announced the Alola League.
