Anime character recycling

Character recycling is a term used for the Pokémon anime when a single visual design is used in multiple episodes for different characters. When character recycling occurs, the characters are generally identical in appearance, with only small cosmetic changes like hair color differing between episodes.
Examples
Annie and Stephanie
Annie was featured in Wobbu-Palooza!. A look-a-like by the name of Stephanie later appeared in Having a Wailord of a Time.
Delaney and Kent
Delaney was featured in Outrageous Fortunes. A look-a-like by the name of Kent later appeared in A Cacturne for the Worse.
Bill and Dominick
Bill appeared in Mystery at the Lighthouse. An unnamed look-a-like with brown hair later appeared at the end of Hoenn Alone. Another look-a-like named Dominick later participated in the Ever Grande Conference in From Brags to Riches.
Cherry
Cherry appeared in The Psychic Sidekicks!. An unnamed look-a-like later appeared in Staging a Heroes' Welcome!.
Temacu
Temacu was featured in The Heartbreak of Brock. An unnamed look-a-like later appeared in Staging a Heroes' Welcome!.
Oscar and Andi
Oscar and Andi were featured in The Bicker the Better. Two unnamed look-a-likes later appeared in Staging a Heroes' Welcome!.
Pietra
