This card was released as one of the SM Black Star Promos included in the Sun & Moon Trainer Kit: Alolan Sandslash & Alolan Ninetales as both a Holofoil and Non Holofoil card, made available on April 20, 2018. In Japan, this card was one of seven possible SM-P Promotional cards available in promotional packs awarded to participants of Pokémon Card Gym tournaments during March and April 2018. This print features the Pokémon Card Gym logo.
