Pokémon world routes
|
Route 17 (Japanese: 17番道路 Route 17) is a route on Alola's Ula'ula Island connecting Ula'ula Meadow and Po Town.
Route description
Route 17 is a constantly rainy route, which, much like Po Town to the north, is completely occupied by Team Skull. Besides the main road, the route also contains a mountainous side path, with multiple forking ledged paths leading downwards. Near the route entrance lies the Po Town Police Station, in which Nanu, the Kahuna of Ula'ula Island, lives with his many Meowth.

In the anime
Alola Route 17 appeared in Why Not Give Me a Z-Ring Sometime?, where Team Rocket came across the Po Town police station, in which Nanu and multiple Alolan Meowth reside. Ash also met Nanu at the police station in the next episode, where he was tricked into looking after the Meowth before the kahuna arrived.
