Alamos Town in another dimension

The town's centerpiece is the Space-Time Tower, where the Alamos Town Pokémon Contest is held. Dawn entered the Alamos Contest along with fellow Coordinators Allegra, Kai, and Maury. However, she ended up losing and Allegra was the one who received the Alamos Ribbon.

The town is the home to the Mythical Darkrai and it was nearly destroyed during a battle between Dialga and Palkia. The two Legendary Pokémon were fighting due to distortions in both the Temporal World and the Spatial World caused by Arceus's imminent awakening. There is a garden near the water in where many wild Pokémon play, and was also where Alicia first met Darkrai, after defending himself from a Roserade, a Kirlia, and a Luxray.

Alamos Town has two brief reappearances in Arceus and the Jewel of Life. After observing disruptions in the Time-Space Axis, Sheena and Kevin traveled to Alamos and were present at its plateau when Palkia returned the town to its proper dimension. Later on, during the credits of the movie, a brief update on Tonio, Alice, and Baron Alberto is shown.
