Aerilate (Japanese: スカイスキン Sky Skin) is an Ability introduced in Generation VI. Prior to Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire, it was the signature Ability of Mega Pinsir.

Effect

In battle

Aerilate causes all Normal-type moves used by the Pokémon to become Flying-type and receive a 30% boost. Unlike most Flying-type moves, moves changed by this Ability cannot hit non-adjacent opponents in Triple Battles, unless they could originally.

Outside of battle

It is unknown if Aerilate has an effect outside of battle.
