An Actor (Japanese: げきだんいん Trouper in Generation VII; はいゆう Actor in Generation V) is a type of Pokémon Trainer that debuted in the Generation V games Pokémon Black and White 2. This Trainer class is given to Ace Trainer Fabio and Scientist Lars during the filming of their roles as Boyfriend Antonio and Assistant Manuelo in Rosa's version of the Love and Battles Series and the Everlasting Memories Series, respectively.

Like all the opponents in his series, Fabio uses only a single Smeargle during filming. In both of his films, Lars uses a different R class prop.

The Actor class returned in Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon as a gender-neutral descriptor. Specifically, Actor refers to a Trainer with the appearance of a female Office Worker named Meredith, who battles the player on each island of Alola with its receptive form of Oricorio. She is found in the areas where nectar can be gathered: Melemele Meadow, Royal Avenue, Ula'ula Meadow, and Poni Meadow. Battles with her are optional.
