10,000,000 Volt Thunderbolt deals damage and has a sharply increased critical hit ratio of +2 stages.

SMUSUM The user, Pikachu wearing a cap, powers up a jolt of electricity using its Z-Power and unleashes it. Critical hits land more easily.

Any Pikachu wearing a cap can use 10,000,000 Volt Thunderbolt if it knows Thunderbolt, holds Pikashunium Z, and if its Trainer wears a Z-RingSM or Z-Power RingUSUM.
