is a Pokémaniac-type glitch Pokémon found only in Pokémon Red and Blue.
can be found by doing Method #3 of the Mew glitch and using a Pokémon with a Special stat of 194, or via the Time Capsule exploit with Cyndaquil. When traded to the Yellow version, it becomes a PPkMnp' '. Its cry is the sound that is played during the Poké Ball-shaking animation when the player is attempting to capture a Pokémon.
When its Pokédex entry is viewed, a chaotic glitch song plays, never ending and prevents the player from proceeding. In order to avoid viewing the Pokédex entry for on the first capture, the player must have seen a Magneton because the 'own' flag for the #234 family is equivalent to seeing Magneton.
