B óË ÁN is a glitch Pokémon found by using the "Always Your Turn" code on FireRed and LeafGreen and switching Pokémon. This glitch causes the game to stop (except for the movement of the sprite), and no action can be taken (except accessing the Help menu).
When encountered, it will continuously scroll from bottom to top, and sometimes flip over (causing a small green distortion). It only appears as a yellow/orange square and cannot be found in any other way for the moment, not even by hacking the game's code.
In order to encounter Bō É ĀN, first the player enters the Gameshark codes "Always your turn" and "Infinite PP" and catches a Caterpie. Then after evolving it into a Metapod, he/she has to use the Metapod against Brock with the Gameshark codes switched on. He/she has to make the Metapod use Tackle once, and the game should automatically switch out to Bō É ĀN.
Its sprite appears to be that of the animation of the move Conversion, when the white square changes color to that of the glitch Pokémon.
